CTS engineers have formulated plastic compounds to meet a wide range of varied requirements defined by the design, the moulding process and the environmental conditions in which the parts will be used.
There are two main product families.
téfabloc: the elastomers that set the standards
Téfabloc is greatly valued for its feel, appearance and ease of use. It is suitable for a wide range of highly varied applications, for products in contact with food, household electrical goods, furnishing, leisure goods and sanitary ware, etc.
téfanyl: speciality PVC's
PVC has always been recognised as having an excellent price / performance ratio.
The Téfanyl range includes flexible and rigid, compact and expanded, opaque and transparent, natural or pre-coloured PVC's.
Many of the formulations are suitable for standard injection moulding equipment and some can be used for moulding with hot runners. |
